What material do you use?
We use microfiber (fabric) material. It has the following advantages.
1. It is wrinkle resistant and very soft. So it can be reused, washed by machine, and can be lightly ironed.
2. We print it in a special way, so the pattern is realistic, and the stereo sense is strong.
What size and theme backdrop your company can do?
We can do any size and themed backdrops for you. Just tell us your requirements and ideas. We will design it for you and send you the proof to confirm until you are satisfied.
What should I do when I need your guys support?
If you have any questions, please email us at service@bobiparty.com. We will reply you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We often start processing your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, we will try to cancel the order for you, but our cancellation policy has some restrictions. If your items have been shipped, printed by the factory, or or have been sent to the proof of the print backdrop, unfortunately, the order can not be canceled. If you choose to continue to cancel the order, you will need to pay 25% of the order amount for the printed item as cancellation fee.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and replacement orders.
NO refunds for returned items. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your merchandise. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If our backdrops have any problem, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your backdrops. If our backdrops have no problem, we can not refund because of the special nature of our products.
