Return & Refunds

1. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tights and feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date you receive your package.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging intact.
• Due to the hygienic nature of hosiery products, tights that have been worn, washed, stretched, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Original shipping fees, handling fees, and any additional delivery costs are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at service@bobiparty.com  within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
2. Return Approval
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team.
3. Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return requirements, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the original card.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and provide a replacement or suitable solution.

6. Return Shipping
