Return Policy

ALL SALE ARE FINAL. Because all our products are made-to-order based on the options you select, NO cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once your order goes into production.

Exchange
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as the item arrives up to 5 days of delivering, so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
Please submit a photo showing the damage as well as your order number to: service@bobiparty.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

PRINTING DETAILS
We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Once a proof is sent to you, but you want to cancel the order, you will be charged for the proof fee. Cost is $20.00 per proof.
Once an order goes into production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors:
Bobiparty is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.

Color differences:
Color is a perception that is different for everyone, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Additionally, because of differences in the ink batch, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, your logo may not be the exact color as what appears on your computer screen.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@bobiparty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note:
1. Due to folding transport, it is normal to have slight fold marks. Please try ironing and cleaning to remove. Due to the material, the fluff will have small scratches, which is normal, you only need to clean or iron it. If you can't solve it, please contact us.
2. Our material is microfiber which has been recognized by many photographers around the world. Please read our material description carefully before placing orders. We do not support refunds if you do not like our material.
4. The delivery time is estimated arrival time which is affected by a number of factors, so we can not 100% guarantee. There will be a 1-3 days gap of arrival time when shipping to the same country but different address. If you don't receive your package for a long time, please contact us, we will help you to solve the problem.
